Award-winning San Francisco Bay Area Coordinator for the non-profit International Education Foundation (IEF), and Northern California Director and Educational Tour Director nationwide for Gateway for International Friendship and Travel (GIFT). Creating educational (classroom and excursion) programs for 6 years, e.g. 12 groups in 1997. Recruited, trained, and supervised local program coordinators and coordinating institutions.

Broad educational and management oversight and reform leadership for Albany Unified School District, California - equivalent to being member of the Board of Directors for all schools in the city. Participant in numerous statewide education and management conferences and trainings.

Preproduction advance work serving Asian and European broadcasters: Prioritizing newsworthy events and features; researching issues in depth; selecting interview and location candidates nationwide and worldwide; negotiating access and on-site preparations; hiring crews and equipment; researching and managing logistics; interviewing; interpreting and editing interviews and scripts, general problem solving. Travel and advance work worldwide, establishing temporary project offices in Russia, China, Hong Kong, Japan and East, West, and Central Europe. In '90-'92 I managed my own spin-off: Information and Images Bank.

Executive Office of the U.S. President (Jimmy Carter):
Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
Responsible for review of U.S. non-military economic (trade and aid) relations with Central and South America and of U.S. food assistance worldwide. Made recommendations to the U.S. President on the funding of competing U.S. and multilateral programs. On-site evaluations in Caribbean, Central and South America.

Researched income distribution and economic development in Turkey for three months - then comparison study of Nigeria. One year team analysis of regional development in eleven-country southern Africa region.
